Gringo'z Gulf Gear ("we," "us") runs this website and online store. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, the designs, text and files you upload, and anything you send through our contact form.
Order information: what you bought, sizes, colors, print spots and order history.
Payment information: payments are processed by our checkout provider. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages you visit, how you got here (for example an ad or search result), and actions you take on the site, collected with cookies, pixels and similar tools.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order, including sending your designs to our print partner.
To reply to your questions and send order updates.
To understand how the site is used and make it better.
To show you ads for our products on other sites and apps, and to measure how those ads perform.
To send marketing emails if you sign up. You can unsubscribe at any time.
To prevent fraud and meet legal requirements.

Analytics and advertising

We use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, YouTube and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to understand site traffic and to show and measure ads. These companies may set cookies or use pixels on our site and collect information about your visit, which they may combine with information they already have about you. This can be used to show you our ads elsewhere (often called retargeting).

You can limit this by adjusting your browser cookie settings, using Google Ad Settings, the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, Meta ad preferences, or the industry opt-outs at aboutads.info and networkadvertising.org. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where the law requires it.

Saved on your device

Your cart, draft designs and light or dark mode choice are saved in your browser so they are there when you come back. Clearing your browser data removes them.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the store: our print and fulfillment partner (Printful), our store and checkout platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and hosting providers, and the analytics and advertising partners above. We also share information when the law requires it or to protect our rights. If we ever sell or merge the business, customer information may transfer with it.

Some privacy laws treat sharing data for targeted ads as a "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell your information for money. You can opt out of targeted advertising by emailing us or using the tools above.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it, or opt out of targeted advertising. Email [email protected] and we will respond within the time the law allows. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep order records as long as we need them for the order, taxes and legal reasons, and other information only as long as it is useful.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, but no website is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
