Returns

Every item is made to order just for you, so our policy works a little differently from a regular store.

If something is wrong

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, defective or is not what you ordered, email [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a refund, your choice.

What we cannot take back

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for a size, color or design you chose. Please check the size chart and your design before you order.

Lost or returned packages

If a package is returned to us because of a wrong or incomplete address, we can reship it for the cost of shipping. If a carrier shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, contact the carrier first, then email us and we will help.

Canceling

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel or change an order, email us right away. Once production starts, we cannot cancel it.
