Welcome to Gringo'z Gulf Gear. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Custom orders
Products are made to your design. The preview in our studio is your proof, so check spelling, colors, sizes and placement before you check out. Colors on screen can look slightly different from the finished product, and placement can shift slightly in production.
Your artwork
You confirm that you own or have permission to use everything you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone's trademark, copyright or other rights. We may cancel and refund any order we believe infringes someone's rights or that includes hateful or illegal content.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you place an order. Your total, including shipping and tax, is shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
Production and shipping
Most orders are made in 4 to 7 business days, then shipped to the address you give us. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers your order.

Intellectual property
The site, logos, artwork and photos are owned by Gringo'z Gulf Gear or used with permission and may not be copied without written consent.
Disclaimers and limits
The site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law rules.
